While we are happy to support passengers
with allergies, however, it is not possible for us to ensure a completely
allergen-free environment, as residue from nut products may persist in the
cabin. Additionally, other onboard food items may have trace elements of nuts,

Children aged two or older must have their own seat.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a travel companion aged 16 or older.
We currently do not offer Unaccompanied Minors Program for solo child travelers.
If you require assistance due to dependency on another person for personal or physical needs, a support person or attendant must accompany you. They should be physically be capable and will be assigned a seat adjacent to yours with priority boarding.

Service and emotional support dogs are welcome on Canada Jetlines flights.
However, other service or emotional animals are not accepted.
If traveling with a service/emotional support dog, additional forms and documentation are required. Please do your research and be aware of destination-specific requirements and always ensure proper harnessing is provided.

Please use precautions when packing medication and ensure that they are well labeled and if available carry the prescription or a physician’s letter. Some items are exempt from the 100 ml carry-on limit according to CATSA regulations.
Note: Onboard refrigeration is unavailable.
Syringes or needles are allowed with intact guards and are accompanied by prescription labels.
Canada Jetlines at this time cannot provide supplemental oxygen.
If you need to take your own Supplemental Oxygen, please check with Customer Care before booking or flying to ensure that it conforms to regulatory requirements for onboard.
CPAP machines and Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs) have specific requirements please check with Customer Care to ensure your devices are compatible to be taken onboard.
